Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. Keep access to your email account secure, provide accurate information, and notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your workspace and for users you invite.

2. The service

Plotmesh helps users plan, generate, review, and manage creative content using multiple AI and media providers. Features, model availability, limits, and previews may change. Beta, preview, and staged features may be incomplete and should not be used for critical production without independent backups.

3. Your inputs and outputs

You retain rights you hold in your inputs. As between you and Sansa Group AB, and to the extent permitted by law and provider terms, you own generated outputs created for you. You grant us a limited licence to host, copy, transform, transmit, and display your content only as needed to operate, secure, and support Plotmesh.

You are responsible for verifying that your inputs and intended uses are lawful, accurate, and properly licensed. AI outputs are probabilistic and may not be unique, accurate, or eligible for intellectual-property protection.

4. People, voices, rights, and AI disclosure

You must have all necessary consent and rights to upload or generate a person’s face, voice, likeness, performance, personal data, trademarks, music, footage, or other protected material. Do not impersonate, deceive, defame, exploit, or create intimate or harmful material involving a person without a lawful basis and valid consent.

You must review whether an output requires an AI, altered-content, sponsorship, or other disclosure before publishing it. Preserve machine-readable origin or provenance information where present and do not remove or obscure a disclosure to mislead people. Plotmesh marks its YouTube uploads as containing synthetic media; other destinations or uses may require an additional visible disclosure from you.

4a. Voice data and transcription (operational draft, pending qualified counsel review)

Audio you submit for transcription is sent to Deepgram's speech-to-text service for the sole purpose of producing a transcript; Deepgram receives the recording and the selected language code and returns timed transcript text. Text you submit for free-tier narration is sent to Fish Audio's s2.1-pro-free text-to-speech service, which returns an MP3. You must have all necessary consent and rights to submit each voice you transcribe or synthesize — including consent from every identifiable speaker — before you transcribe or narrate it. Transcripts and narrated audio are stored as sources in your workspace under the same retention as other workspace content (kept until deleted, the account closes, or retention is no longer needed), and deleting the project removes those sources. Transcription and narration each require an explicit request and are unavailable while the matching provider is unconfigured for the workspace.

4b. Bring-your-own-key (operational draft, pending qualified counsel review)

Where offered, you may register your own provider keys. Plotmesh adds an orchestration fee of 15% to 20% depending on provider class: premium_video 20%, premium_avatar 20%, voice_clone 18%, licensed_data 18%, premium_image 15%, tts_voice 15%, and any other class 15% by default, computed on provider spend. Every key requires a monthly budget between 1 and 1,000,000,000,000 microUSD with an optional per-agent cap, and work that would exceed the monthly budget is refused before provider work starts. Plotmesh stores only an opaque vault reference — raw provider keys are never stored — and product surfaces show redacted key metadata only.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Plotmesh to break the law; violate rights; create sexual content involving minors; facilitate violence, fraud, malware, surveillance, or discrimination; evade safeguards; interfere with the service; scrape it at scale; resell access without permission; or misrepresent AI media in a way likely to cause material harm. We may block content or suspend access to protect users, providers, or the service.

6. Plans, credits, and payment

Paid plans renew at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Included credits and purchased packs represent service usage units, not money, stored value, or transferable property. Charges, model costs, taxes, expiry rules, and pack terms are shown before purchase. Usage is deducted according to the displayed route estimate and final metering. If a generation fails before billable provider work completes, reserved credits are released; provider-completed or partially completed work may still be charged.

Eligible purchases are processed through Stripe Managed Payments, where Link acts as merchant of record. The checkout identifies these purchases as sold through Link, and Link handles the transaction, applicable indirect-tax calculation, collection and remittance in supported jurisdictions, transaction receipts, payment disputes, and transaction-level support. Plotmesh remains responsible for the product, account access, creative outputs, and product support.

You may cancel future renewal through Plotmesh or Link's subscription-management experience. Except where law requires otherwise or checkout states otherwise, fees for completed billing periods and used credits are non-refundable. Statutory consumer cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.

7. Plotmesh property

Plotmesh, its interface, software, brand, documentation, and system design belong to Sansa Group AB and its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service. Feedback may be used without restriction or payment, without identifying you publicly.

8. Availability and third parties

We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or continued access to any model. Third-party providers may impose their own acceptable-use rules and processing limits. Keep independent copies of important source and output files.

If you connect YouTube, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, including the Community Guidelines, and authorize Plotmesh to use YouTube API Services only for the upload actions you explicitly request. You retain final authority over the video, destination, audience, visibility, and upload action. Plotmesh does not upload in the background or manage existing YouTube content.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Plotmesh at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for a material breach, legal or security risk, unpaid charges, or conduct that harms the service or others. Where practical, we will give notice and a chance to remedy. Sections intended to survive termination remain in effect.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plotmesh is provided as available without warranties of accuracy, fitness, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of EUR 100 or the fees you paid for Plotmesh in the 12 months before the event. These limits do not reduce mandatory consumer rights.

11. Responsibility for claims

If you use Plotmesh for business, you will defend and indemnify Sansa Group AB against third-party claims arising from your content, publishing, unlawful use, or breach of sections 3 through 5, except to the extent caused by our breach or misconduct.

12. Governing law and contact

Swedish law governs these Terms, excluding conflict rules. The courts of Gothenburg, Sweden have jurisdiction, except that consumers may use the courts and mandatory protections available where they live. Contact support@plotmesh.xyz or Sansa Group AB, Soldathemsgatan 20, 415 28 Göteborg, Sweden.
