1. Hosting determination status

Whether any Plotmesh surface is a hosting service or online platform under the EU Digital Services Act has not been determined by qualified counsel. Plotmesh workspaces are private to the workspace: content is created on direct user instruction, and publishing happens only through explicit user approval of the exact master, destination, and visibility. Direct, user-controlled export and publishing does not by itself resolve classification, so this page operates as a voluntary notice-and-action surface until counsel confirms the applicable duties.

2. How to send a notice

To report content you believe is illegal, email support@plotmesh.xyz with the subject “DSA notice”. Include the exact location of the content (workspace or public URL where visible), why you consider it illegal with the legal provision involved, your name and contact details, and a good-faith statement that the information is accurate. Notices in an EU language are accepted; including the listed details helps Plotmesh act without undue delay.

3. What happens after a notice

Plotmesh reviews the notice, may restrict or remove the content or suspend the account where the Terms or law require it, and tells the affected user the reasons unless law prohibits it. Where practical, the affected user receives notice and a chance to remedy before a final restriction. Automated means are not the sole basis for restriction decisions affecting user content.

4. Appeals

If your content was restricted or your account was suspended following a notice, reply to the decision email within six months to appeal. A person not involved in the original decision reviews the appeal, considers any new information, and confirms, narrows, or reverses the restriction with reasons. Successful appeals restore access where technically possible.

5. Transparency statement

Plotmesh is a small service operated by Sansa Group AB. It publishes no advertising for third parties, uses no recommender system for public content, and performs no proactive general monitoring of private workspace content. If DSA transparency reporting duties are confirmed to apply, annual figures on notices received, actions taken, median handling times, and appeals outcomes will be published here.
