Retention
We retain each category only as reasonably necessary for the disclosed purpose, including account operation, customer instructions, security, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Criteria include the account relationship, sensitivity, risk, and required statutory periods. See the Privacy Policy for specific examples.
Your California rights
Subject to exceptions, you may request that we disclose, access, correct, or delete personal information; receive portable copies; opt out of sale or sharing; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and receive equal service without retaliation. Because Plotmesh does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, it does not currently provide a “Do Not Sell or Share” link. We also do not use sensitive personal information beyond permitted service and security purposes.
How to make a request
Email support@plotmesh.xyz with “California privacy request” in the subject. Describe the request and the Plotmesh account email involved. We may ask for information needed to verify identity. An authorised agent may submit a request with proof of authority. If we deny a request, we will explain available appeal options.
Minors
Plotmesh is for users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of people under 16.
Requests and updates
If California law requires publication of annual request metrics for Plotmesh, we will add them here. We will update this disclosure when collection or disclosure practices materially change.
